Murali Kumar brings nearly three decades of wide-ranging experience in solutions and services delivery covering almost all aspects of the customer value chain. Murali has held senior leadership positions in large corporates as well as consulting firms delivering strategic change and transformation and service delivery for global customers. Murali is a hands-on leader with a strong customer focus with a proven ability to set strategy, create and run world-class solutions development and services delivery organisations. Prior to joining Opasa, Murali’s experience includes senior executive roles in IT and Risk management at ANZ Bank (Australia) and business development / delivery roles in the US, Japan and India. Murali holds a Masters in Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India.
Tridip has more than 20 years of experience in the Operations domain having worked with GE, IBM, ANZ Banking group in various leadership delivery roles supporting transition, sales customer experience. One of many large-scale operational initiatives he lead was the QA-QC integration for Australia Operations for ramping up offshore delivery centre in Bangalore. Prior to joining OPASA he was heading Operations & Customer Experience for RCI India Pvt Ltd-the holiday exchange arm of Wyndham Worlwide, USA supporting SAARC region. Tridip holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calcutta, currently pursuing Master’s in Business Administration from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
