Who we are

We’ve built our foundation in software development and consulting. Now, with a strategic focus on Agentic AI and Gen AI applications, we’re helping customers unlock transformative solutions. Partnering with global innovators, we guide organizations through AI roadmaps and solution development—combining our delivery expertise with emerging technologies to create meaningful impact.

What we build

Three ways we work with enterprise teams, usually in this order — advisory first, then agents, wired into the tools you already run on.

Custom AI agents

We design agents that handle a specific job end to end — reading documents, checking systems, taking action, and reporting what happened. Each one is built around your data, your rules, and your existing software, not a generic template.

Enterprise tooling & integrations

We connect agents to the systems your team already relies on — CRMs, ticketing queues, internal APIs, data warehouses — so the work happens where people already look for it, with the right permissions and an audit trail.

Applied AI advisory

Before we build anything, we help you find the workflows worth automating and the ones to leave alone. You get a clear plan, a cost estimate, and a way to measure whether it actually worked.

CONSUMER MARKETPLACE

MingleIn (formerly Hapifyr)

CHALLENGE

An Australian online learning and creator-economy marketplace where everyday people teach short pre-recorded workshops. The first production platform was retired, and a static placeholder site holds the domain while the product is rebuilt.

APPROACH

We rebuilt the MingleIn platform from the ground up as a contracts-first, multi-tenant marketplace on AWS Sydney, using NestJS, Next.js and PostgreSQL, with Auth0 for identity and Stripe Connect for host payouts. We delivered host publishing, buyer discovery and checkout, video playback, and the revenue-split engine that pays hosts, referrers and a charity partner on every sale, plus the AWS staging environment and CI that support it.

Status: in rebuild. Foundation and the first end-to-end slices are shipped. Pre-launch.
TEAM PRODUCTIVITY SAAS

TaskToChat

CHALLENGE

Small teams agree on work inside chat, then lose it. Tasks tracked in a separate tool drift away from the conversation that created them, and nobody knows what is due, who owns it, or what is late.

APPROACH

Opasa is designing and building TaskToChat, a chat-first work tool where any message becomes a tracked task with an owner, due date, and status. Project channels, direct messages, a board view of open and overdue work, file sharing, and member roles sit in one place. MVP designs for web and mobile are complete and the first build is under way.

Status: MVP in build. Pre-launch at tasktochat.com.

How we work

Every engagement moves through the same five stages, whether it's a two-week pilot or a system we operate for years.

01

Discover

We map the workflow, the data it touches, and where it actually breaks down today — before proposing anything.

02

Design

We define what the agent should decide on its own, and where a person has to sign off. That line is written down, not assumed.

03

Build

We build and test the agent against real cases pulled from your own history, not synthetic examples.

04

Deploy

We ship it into your existing systems, with logging and guardrails your compliance team can review on their own.

05

Operate

We monitor it in production and keep tuning it as your workflows, data, and volumes change.
